CANADA

VAC AERO’s Head Office and Ontario Division are situated in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, just west of Toronto. Two facilities are used for Thermal Processing and the third one for Furnace Manufacturing.

The Quebec Division is situated in the heart of Quebec’s aerospace community with two plants in the Montreal area providing Thermal Processing and Coating services.

EUROPE

VAC AERO Kalisz in Kalisz, Poland, is a special processes facility that provides heat treating, coating and laboratory services for diverse applications.

VAC AERO Rzeszow, Poland is our brand new facility that opened in the Fall of 2011 that offers (APS) Air Plasma Spray, HVOF and Paint Coatings as well as vacuum heat treating and carburizing service.

INDIA

HIGHTEMP VAC AERO in Bangalore, India, offers vacuum heat treating furnaces and services to the Indian market.

Currently, the combined VAC AERO operations are comprised of 200 employees, including more than 50 engineers and technologists.
