VAC AERO has reached a joint venture agreement with Hightemp Furnaces Ltd. of India to serve the Indian market for vacuum heat treating services and the manufacture of vacuum furnaces. Hightemp is one of India’s most prestigious providers of controlled atmosphere heat treating services and equipment. The joint venture, known as Hightemp VAC AERO Pte. Ltd. will be located near Bangalore in a new building scheduled for completion in August 2006.
